The objective of the program was to create awareness among masses on Public System Management. PSM focuses on the functioning of Institutional systems in which public policies are framed and executed. Mr. Parvaiz Sajad (ADC Sopore) defined a system as a combination of resources working together to convert inputs into outputs. He further mentioned that it is a way of understanding that exists in private sector and examining whether they can be introduced in public the sector. Public system management is concerned with delivery of high quality services valued by citizens.
