An interactive session organized by Sanctorum College of Education about Kashmiri talent for the jobs of future. The resource person was Mr. Danish Manzoor (IIM Alumnus) the youngest ever to hold the position of Editorial Director at the International Business Times in India. Mr. Danish Manzoor discussed the importance of future jobs putting much focus on technology and other factors. The resource person said that the World is heading towards the strategic decisions. In the coming times, Robots, automation and artificial intelligence will perform more tasks. Due to massive disruption of jobs currently especially in Kashmir, experts say skill building programs will be created to meet new demands.

He further said, in the next 10 years we will see the emergence of new educational and training programs that can successfully train large numbers of workers in the skills they will need to perform for the jobs of future. He concluded by saying that first and foremost we should become good citizens and tries to learn new things. We should have to have good communication skills and try to learn grammar everyday and should not be feared of new challenges in fact should learn to embrace challenges to achieve our goals.
