Report on Faculty Exchange Programme

Following an MoU signed by the two mentioned Institutions Sanctorum College of Education and Welkin College of Education conducted faculty exchange programme on 12 April, 2022. The one hour session was conducted for B.Ed 1st and 2nd semester students of Welkin College. Mr. Aamir Suhail ( Assistant Professer M.Ed) and Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Parray (Lecturer B.Ed) along with the IQAC Co-ordinator Ms. Syed Rakhshandah were the resource persons.

The topic for the session was about New Education Policy (NEP). Approximately 23 students were involved in the session. The focus of the lecture at the Welkin College was focused on the NEP. The development of faculty exchange programme allow participants with opportunities to share ideas and thoughts. The benefit of such an exchange programme is that faculty gets exposure which is very important. The programme was followed by question and answer session. The exchange programme was great success and everyone had a vivid experience with full support from the faculty of Welkin College.
