The Sanctorum College of Education had arranged this academic field trip for M.Ed students to Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Srinagar Kashmir on 29 June, 2022. The motive of this tour was to develop awareness about the importance of Mental Health and to let students know that how the disturbances in the mental health of a person can cause psychological disorders. The importance of Mental Health cannot be undermined in anyway and the discrimination that people with mental issues face should be stopped for the greater good of humanity. This psychological tour proved indeed very beneficial to the students in particular and for others being part of the trip in general as well. Hope such visits turns out an integral part of the education of the students in future.
